At LaceMade, we want you to feel enchanting in every piece; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags and delicate lace intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold the garments in their original packaging to prevent damage to delicate fabrics and include the provided return slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request approval.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.
